Self catering country cottage with annex situated down its own private lane, only shared with the owners farm. Oakpond sleeps 6 people and Oaktree the annex sleeps 2 people. Each property has its own private garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

Oakpond has carpets throughout except in kitchen which is quarry tiled floor with rug on top and non slip mats around units. Hallway has quarry tiles with door mat. Bathroom has tiled floor.
Oaktree has carpets throughout except the kitchen and snug which is tiled with Indian rug on top. Bathroom has tiled floor.
The balcony has a non slip fibreglass floor with cast iron rails.
