Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your booking at Oakpond Cottages. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking, please read carefully.
* Strictly families and couples only ( no young student groups, hen or stag parties please)
* This is a non smoking cottage.
* A telephone/email booking will be held for a period of 5 days pending receipt of a deposit. We require £150 for Oakpond and £100 for Oaktree. Please make cheques payable to OAKPOND COTTAGE and post back to us with the booking form.
* Full payment must be made at least 4 weeks before the arrival date.
* No student groups, hen or stag parties
* Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance
* Deposits are non refundable
* Oakpond Cottage reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking arrangements - in this event Oakpond
shall only be liable of monies received.
* Please leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition as found. A charge for additional cleaning will
be charged.
* Guests are responsible for any breakages or damage and must inform us of such.
* The proprietors reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered after guests have
departed.
* Visitors must refrain from smoking in the cottages.
* The proprietors are not to be held responsible for the loss of any valuables or property left on or around
the premises at any time. All guests, their family, friends or visitors must ensure that they take all
reasonable steps to ensure their own safety and that of others whilst on the property. The proprietors will
not accept responsibility for any injury or loss caused whilst in or around the property/pool and spa room.
* Under NO circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons stated on the website and in
the brochure occupy each cottage. ( we are very strict on this condition)
* We welcome guests after 4pm as this gives us time to prepare the cottage for you and we would be
grateful if guests would depart at 10am as we need access to the cottage for cleaning.
* The use of the spa is for those persons on the booking form only.
* No pets due to the wildlife pond and people with allergies.
* Anti-allergy bedding used.
