Pets

Sorry, but due to people with allergies and the wildlife around the pond, no pets.

No Smoking

OakPond Cottage and OakTree are non-smoking cottages

Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.

Booking

Only named guests stated on booking form are to stay in the cottages.

A booking is a binding contract.

Acceptance will be made by us when we have received full payment or balance and completed booking form from you.

The full balance becomes payable 4 weeks before holiday commencement (an email or letter will be sent to you when it becomes payable)

Arrival & Departure

Your cottage will be available for you after 4.00pm on the day of your arrival. In consideration of guests following you, please would you leave the cottage by 10.00am, and that the cottage is left, the way you found it.

Breakages/Damages

Please let us know if anything gets damaged, plates and glasses do get broken and can be replaced, but anything major or  extra cleaning, will have to be charged to the guest (we hope this does not happen to often)

Accepted Payment

We accept credit / debit cards and cheques. Please note: there will be a  transaction charge on Visa / Master Cards but no charge for debit cards and cheques.

Please make cheques payable to; Miss B Boffey and send, with completed booking form to - Briarhill Farm, Ightfield, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 4Bl. Please contact us if you require a booking form.

Refunds and Cancellations

Should it become necessary to cancel your holiday we should be informed without delay. Every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation, thus we strongly advise you to take out your own cancellation insurance.

Liability

The proprietor accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of or damage to personal property brought into the premises.

We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services e.g. water and electric etc or any disturbance which is beyond our control.
